What happens if the buyer sends me the incorrect item after a refund is issued?

So long story short, I sold somebody an item (FinalMouse computer mouse, made only 2500 in the color I got) for $450. Gave tracking, verified with the buyer that the item was numbered #357 out of 2500, showed the buyer the item via pictures etc, he verified everything was all good and I sent the product with tracking via PayPal and UPS. Once the buyer received my item, he told me it wasn’t what he bought (which is 100% untrue as I know what I sent) (he said he received a Razer Ultimate Mouse and not the $450 FinalMouse I had sent him) and has filed a claim for a full refund against me. PayPal has sided with him (of course) so he’s supposed to send me my item back (which he’s saying he got a $20 item in the mail and not the $450 item I had sent him) so when I inevitably receive the item that I’m not supposed to in the mail, how do I go about fighting it again because there’s no way he’s going to send me my item back. Who reimburses me for my money? I cannot just simply buy that mouse again as it was a very limited release. Is PayPal going to pay me again? Are they going to make the buyer give me the money back? How is there buyer protection and not seller protection when the buyer can easily lie like this and get whatever they want for free and just swap the items? It makes zero sense.
