Unauthorised Transaction

Hi

I received an order from a customer, sent the item then get an unauthorized use of card claim once the item was delivered

Paypal have deducted the money from my account about £360 and will attempt to claim the money back from the card issuer

How can this be my problem and why should I pay for the goods which have now effectively been stolen from me
