This buyer is so tricky, the parcel already arrived and been trying to reach him since earlier of Aug, however due to the incomplete address, hence USPS required the buyer to contact USPS to verify, we also notified the buyer for many times, he then claimed that we not responding to him, but the fact is, we care our service, we do updates every status of his item. We can't do anything more. We have committed to delivered his item within a month despite having challenge on the pandemic crisis.
Now, The problem is he is trying to ignore what he has purchased, his order already reach to his place.

He is trying to create the situation where he not receive his item, the fact is, the item has reached to him but he ignore to cooperate. This is not right and is unfair to us as a seller.
