I’ve sold a pair pair of shoes and the senders transaction ID is 14 but all other ID numbers I’ve checked are 17 digits long would the 14 digit ID be fake?

Are the funds showing in your paypal balance?

No not yet I was told it would take 1-3 business days

Paypal payments are more or less instant, if its not in your paypal balance then do NOT send anything.

Even if the funds were on hold if you were a new seller they would still SHOW in your paypal balance and activity.
