Hello I want to be sure that i am not being scammed. I received four emails from PayPal confirming that someone paid an amount of money into my account but it doesnt show. He purchased a vehicle. I have confirmed my email and account but it doesnt show. He claims that I have to go to Spar and transfer an amount of R3000 in order to get the voucher and pin to send to PayPal and get voucher number and pin. How is it that I have to send money in order to receive money?
