Hi, I'm helping my uncle sell a car on craigslist and we met this very pushy individual who wants to buy it. But he said he sent the money and it doesn't show up on my uncles paypal account. Is it normal to have to pay a shipper before you receive the money for the car? We think this could be a scam but we are clueless on this end. Any help would be appreciated ASAP. Thanks.
