Hello, community
Few days ago, I met one bad guy and sold btc for Paypal from Bitcoin Exchange Site.
Here's story.
I received paypal payment and sent BTC to that guy.
Right after 1 day, he reported to paypal that payment is unauthorized transaction. I tried to contact that bad guy but got no response.
As a result, that payment was in `held` and Paypal started investigation. But after 4 days Hold was cancelled for some reason(I'm not sure if that guy cancelled it or Paypal cancelled it).
Sounds good? But no!
6 days after cancellation of hold, That payment reversed without any permission and without any notice. Here's screenshot. This is really frustrating. Here's screenshot
I've been using Paypal for over 6 years now and I wonder how such this bad thing can happen.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
