Hi
I sell internationally through my online portal and people pay using paypal
Now one of my buyer talking to over whatsapp, he ask product price and total amount
Then he ask me my paypal address and Pay directly !
I am afraid as a buyer if it okay what if after delivering goods he says that item is different or if there is any other issue .
How we will resolve that ?
If i am in fault by receiving direct payment
Please help

As long as he sends it using the goods / services option and NOT family / friends then you would have seller protection.
But seller protection is not a 100% coverall, you need to read up on it first and then risk assess your transactions.
Also if the buyer opens a dispute for non receipt you would need to prove trackable proof of delivery and if they filed for received but not as described then they would have to send it back to you first if they won the dispute and who's to say they will send back the item they recieved???
Selling is always risky and internationally more so and if it was an expensive item then i would not personally risk it.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
