I tried to sell a voucher code online via eBay (I now know this is at my own risk and not protected so don’t need a lecture about it) almost three months later the buyers bank have done a chargeback and I’m £400 out of pocket. Is there anything I can or should do? I now realise I’m not covered for intangible goods via PayPal, but should I report to the police and is there anything else anyone would advise?
