Regarding dispute created by buyer

I have provided service to the buyer and the buyer was satisfied and send me the money on 9th June. Later on he created a dispute on 15th July and a case was created. I contacted the buyer through WhatsApp and asked the reason for the dispute. He told me that his PayPal account is hacked and someone is doing this. Please help me out as I have already sent a message to PayPal but no response from them. My dispute case is still on and money is showing will be deducted after some time. I have screenshots of the conversation with the buyer also confirming that his PayPal account along with his email account is also hacked.
