I was sent funds to my account under paying for a service option and was advised a fee is needed to be paid by the receiver of $25 USD (attorney fee)and I should make payment for the funds to go through. I am confused. Aren’t fees reduced from transfer amount? Is it a scam?? My first time receiving via paypal
