I've had an issue with Paypal and making payments on my account with them. Made a $100 payment in April and they billed $1100. to my account. I opened a dispute and went to the bank and cancelled my checking account. Paypal credit and I worked this out and funds were returned. Now my Paypal account is non functional. It shows that I owe a payment which has already been made. Paypal credit shows me to be in good standing. Paypal now wants me to add a bank account even though there is already one present, in order to verify me. They ask for a bank statement or my bank account or sine in plus my bank password. I won't do this. Paypal should not be asking this of me. No one replies to the help link. I understand that their offices are closed. Suggestions?
