Hey Everyone...
So I recently purchased an item off a website and choose to pay with paypal to be safer than with CC. After paying, it took a couple days to get a tracking number. Once I checked the tracking number it said the item had already been delivered to my house a month before I even placed the order!!!
I instantly filed a claim with Paypal, but the claims system isn't really that great. I provided more than enough proof of fraud and all seller did was send the same fraudulent tracking number showing that the package arrived. All Paypal had to do was check the dates and see that I was in the right. Paypal then denied my claim! Is there any way to appeal these situations?
