Paypal chargeback fraud?

An item was shipped last month on the 15th with tracking, but the buyer suddenly requested for a chargeback. if the credit card company is behind the charge back Will the seller still be able to win the case with tracking number and proof of shipment to back them up?

If your transaction meets the basic and the additional requirements for seller protection, you may be protected against chargebacks for Item Not Received or Unauthorized Payment.

 

Now is an opportune time to familiarize yourself with the Seller protection program terms.

 

Select your country on this page and look within User Agreement:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full

 

Buyer protection program where the buyer is located also will apply to you as a seller so be sure review those terms as well.
