I'm extremely upset at the moment that despite the item reaching the buyer. Paypal closed the case in buyers favour So I'm out of both item and money! Why did i lose despite shipping it to the address of the buyer? This is extremely unfair to me.

Actually you an still try, no harm trying. There's once i had a similar case but i end up having a different customer service representative and i did get my money back . I do not know how your country works though (singapore here)

I received a payment for my item on 30th may, send the item out on 31st may. Only to get a case of "item not received" on 4th june! The item is currently stuck in spain customs and yet PAYPAL CLOSED IT IN BUYERS FAVOUR. (11th June) So i lost both money & item thanks to PayPal 🙂

I paid a invoice that was sent to me like 3 hours ago. But my paypal balance nor bank account was deducted for the transaction. The paypal invoice was still stated as paid Edit; I'd like to note that i choosed paypal balance as my payment method, but it wasn't deducted, my bank account does not have the Money for them to deduct either

I bought an item off ebay. the item can in torn and stuff even though it was stated "new" i did a paypal claim and gave a tracking number which is indeed real AND WHAT THEY GAVE ME WAS "We completed our investigation of this case and reached a decision. The claim has been refused because the tracking information provided for this return could not be verified." WHAT THE ?? I SPEND IN TOTAL OF 60 AND NOT GET MY MONEY BACK SERIOUSLY PAYPAL? SERIOUSLY.

yesterday i opened a case to scare my seller who is also from singapore (i live in singapore) as he didn't reply me for hours... so he replied after i open the case and he now ignore all my phone calls and stuff... i need to know how to re-open / appeal to re-open a closed case 😕 reason: i had his phone number and we were suppose to meetup yesterday... but he ignored all my messages/calls and even switched off his phone!
