I posted something to someone via ebay... they paid me via paypal. They asked on ebay to return the item but I had already stipulated no returns... they have then escalated a dispute on paypal so paypal have withheld my money. The people claimed they have returned my original item but I have received nothing. What can I do about this? Can find no way to contact paypal and explain I haven't received the item so now I don't have the item or the money for it either!
