Hi, I used Paypal to sell some in-game currency for an online game. I made four transactions with a buyer totaling to RM1k+. After two weeks, the buyer decided to falsely claim that he did not receive the products. I disputed the case and sent the Discord conversation I had with the buyer. In the conversation, the buyer even said that I provided him more than what was purchased. However, Paypal just decided the case against me and refunded all the money to him. I am out of job and am doing freelance. The money could've help me pay rent and utility bills and now everything is gone and now i'm charged admin fees of almost RM200 which can clear all my utility bills. Now I have to borrow money from some friends just to survive.
NEVER EVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN!
