I sold an item on Depop back in april in the midst of lock down i was very desperate for money so i started to sell stuff from my personal collection.
I sold an item for $300 the customer was thrilled and wanted to buy even more garments from me. i wake up and see a claim filed in JULY months after he has had the garment undoubtedly worn it and such. i clearly have it stated on my depop that i do not accept refunds.
Paypal went ahead and ISSUED a refund without my consent making my account balance negative.
i provided screen shots of the convo, tracking and proof that he received it and was happy with it. I have been calling them non stop to get this resolved and now i find out Months later that they sided with the guy that scammed me.
So now im out $300 and i do not have the product i sold.
Paypal is hands down one of the worst services ive ever had to deal with is there any advice yall can give me?
