Hi I was wondering if you could help me please. I sold a Person a mystery makeup bag. And on the 12 of may they said that it was incredible then later on the day they said there was multiple of items damaged and mouldy. And I know for sure before packing it it was completely fine and nothing wrong with it. I packed it well. And I have the same makeup at home and I check there was no mould on it and everything was brand new. Then I asked about sending photos and she did and one items looked it it was bent and I know I sent that items perfect. I ask them if she sends all the makeup back I can give her a refund. Then she said He would be for a partial refund because she bin the items. I said the only way I could refund if she send it back. Then she was going on about the hole refund I said I can. Then she opened the PayPal case. I said I can refund her if she could cancel the case because PayPal just put it on hold and took the money out of my PayPal account. The she said has has a final offer of £30. And I explain to her that I have refunded her it but waiting for her to respond to the case. And today I said her if she heard anything she said not now she said I just want my refund please I explain what I can’t because it is on hold. So is there anything I can do because I know for sure there was nothing wrong with anything Inside of the bag.

IF she wins then paypal would expect her to return what she received at her own expense, trackable to prove delivery before you have to refund.
I certainly would NOT offer a part refund if you sent the items as described.
Wait for paypal to decide and do not refund at all, if she sends the items back then you can refund then and when the funds are released that would pay you back again.
Advice is voluntary.
