I am a seller on grailed, 4 months ago I sold a supreme tee for some money and I shipped the order and it was completed. Then after everything was done the buyer filed a claim and I got a chargeback. I figured it all out and paypal took the debt of my account and I was good. Now 4 months later the case has been closed for a second time (not sure how that even works) and again they buyer won the case and I now owe them money. I really need help in how I can figure this out and also keep this from happening again.
