Fraudulent invoices

Hello, I made a deal with a buyer and sent them two different invoices for payment and they both showed up in my transaction history but now I’ve figured out the guy was a scammer. I’m trying to file a problem in the resolution center but it says they’re unable to at this time. What can I do?
