Hi had a claim off buyer and a refund was given as buyer said had not received had tracking which said item was being held at office even tho I showed this evidence was found in buyers favour item now has on tracking that been delivered to his po box. I am there for in debt with PayPal and buyer has item and refund. PayPal have closed the dispute how do I get them to remove the debt a have with them as buyer seems to have swindled myself and PayPal

Personally i would contact the buyer and state that unless she returned the item or paid for it then as you have all the evidence required you will be taking her to the small claims court to get your money back.
Advice is voluntary.
