Hell all, I recently put up a ad on Ebay to sell my 2003 jeep wrangler and got a message from someone willing to buy it now for 14k now he asked for my PayPal account name and said he is sending the cash then having a mover pick it up......my question is if he sends the funds is it done or can he somehow with his scammer powers take his money back and my jeep?
