what is the url for login to PayPal Account (not credit card)?

I have  both a PayPal Account (for pay in 4) as well as a PayPal  credit card.  When I login in it always goes to the credit card. I want to access the other account but can't seem to get there.

It can be inconvenient to not able to access your PayPal account. This could be a technical glitch. Please try clearing cache/cookies from your browser or try using a different browser/device. Once you login using your email address, you will be able to access your account and your PayPal Credit account information will be on the left side just below your PayPal Balance. If this doesn't work, please reach out to PayPal Support team to check this further.
