so to start, i didnt want my full legal name to be publicly on my paypal, so i decided to make a business account as thats what i was told to do to avoid this issue. when i made the account i put the fake name in for my information to avoid the issue i had with my last account of it showing my name. i then went through the process of setting up the rest of my account. but then when i got the the bank account part i got snagged. it was using the fake name for my bank account and not my real on, so i coundnt recive the 2 small payments to connect the account. so i tried changing my name, but that didnt fix the issue of the bank account still using the old name. so i tried to close that process and try again, but it wouldnt let me as it was still pending. after that i just tried to close the entire paypal account and try again. but it wouldnt let me do that either. and my full name and address is still on there to be seen.
so i cant recive the bank account confimation, i cant cancel that process, i cant change the name on it, i cant hide my home adress, and i cant even close the account. please help i am stuck.
