Limiting account

I am Ukrainian citizen temporarily residing in Portugal. I reopened the account in this country on 20.09.24 because I no longer had access to the Ukrainian number. I was able to make the first transaction only on 02.10.24 in a trial €1, because the support team took a very long time to respond (1-3 days). After the next 2 transfers of funds to my personal Revolut account 06.10.24 my PayPal account was frozen for 120 days. I know that I have not violated any provisions of the user agreement. The support team refuses to give a reason and I didn’t received explanation by official email. My family is in Ukraine and the money in the account is the only money I have set aside to move to a safe place. I called and wrote to customer support. I was advised to contact a lawyer and write to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Are there any ways to resolve the issue without this? I believe my rights have been violated. Thank you for any help!
