change an automated payment from inactive to active

In the 'good old days' I could switch automated (Preapproved as they were called then) payments on and off at will. I switched off an automated payment whicih had not been used for over a year, and have now discovered that the payment is once every two yars. How do I change the payment back to active.

I've finally found where a list of the preapproved (automated) payments are, but can't find a way of changing the status, other than making it inactive. The 'Chat function' has been no use whatsover.

I'm hoping someone on here will be able to help

You would need to set the subscription up with the merchant again.
