OMG, Paypal is sooooo clunky and buggy! And customer service is non-existent!!
I am unable to update my Primary Physical Address, as it returns an error saying "Your city is required". All fields are completed, including city!!
Trying to contact Paypal customer service has me experience significant stress, as you have to jump through a raft of BS questions and some dumbass automated assistant, then finally you get a phone number and a one-time-passcode to save you time ... but no opportunity to enter it when you phone!?!?
This should not be this challenging to simply update my physical address! I'm an experienced web developer and use systems (and build them) every day. Paypal is one of the worst I've come across.
If I'm unable to update my physical address when I need to, then I'll close my account immediately.
Frustrated AF spending stupid time to perform a very simple task in Paypal.
