Trying to update address; system says City, State, and Zip don't match.

The city changed our mailing address (the physical location hasn't changed). Because we haven't moved, the city, state, and zip code are exactly the same as the address currently in PayPal. Whenever I try to update it to the new street address, I get an error saying that the city, state, and zip code don't match, even though they do.

Before anyone suggests it, I have tried the extended zip code and that still didn't work. Thanks!

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
