i can't contact the help centre because i can't login at first place + i try to change browser and clear the browser cash + i wait 48 hour + i change the wifi without any success 
anyone here can help with this

If that doesn't work, try switching to another device. Also, please avoid using any VPN or unsecure network to access your account. It's been long I login to my Paypal account, more than a year. The moment I try to login this year, it doesn't allow me but saying, "we're having trouble making sure it's you". Please help me

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
