I receive the following message " Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you", although my account was verified through my mobile phone.

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

Hello PayPal I have a problem when I try to login with my account from the PayPal application it tells me sorry we couldn't confirm its you but when I try to login in the browser it login easily as well as when I add a new email it appears to me the same problem please solve my problem as soon as possible

Hi! 
I can't log into my work PayPal! I got a new phone and a new computer and it's saying "Sorry we couldn’t confirm it’s you". I tried different methods of resolving this issue on the PayPal community and YouTube and I still can't log back in. I know my email and my password account and I try everything but I can't get into my account. What should I try?

Happy new year everyone!

I am trying to login however it says that it cannot confirm it's me... I have even changed the password, therefore providing id and showing my face but the issue persists. For some reason it is not going through the customer care number, so i am unsure as to how to fix the issue. I have contacted them through twitter as well but still waiting for a response.
