Setting up account and accidentally set as business. Now I'm stuck.

I'm in PayPal he!!. Setting up account and accidentally set it as business. I don't have a business. I can't delete it because PayPal keeps asking for Tax ID # that I don't have. I will not continue with business but can't go back either. Their idiot AI is no help. Says login and delete the account but as soon as I login it pops up with complete your account details. Ready to move to another provider. No way to treat new customers.

Yes you have a business account but what countries paypal account did you open?

Check under nationality in your settings to make sure its one for your country.

Then.........

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Or you could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
