SMS 2FA - does not sent from paypal

I can't login to my account,

because I don't receive any sms messages from paypal to enter the 6-digits code

I contacted with my SIM carrier and they told me that the issue from paypal side
so, any soultions?

Note, I just logged in from another account to post this issue

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving a verification text to login to your PayPal account. Normally, if you don’t receive our text message, we recommend contacting your mobile phone carrier to ask them to turn on short-code text messaging.

I called phone carrier  today and they have no idea about "short-code text messaging",
they told me that if you're receiveing the messages then we've nothing to do with you and everyhing seems to be allright,

so I don't know really what to do

I certainly understand how concerning this can be for you. Here are some tips that may help you to receive texts:

 

• Reboot the phone to refresh the network signal.

• Clear phone inbox to ensure it is not full (for old phones with limited SMS capacity).
• Check if there are any phone applications/settings that are filtering SMS.
• Alternatively, you may swap the SIM to another phone to verify if the delivery issue is phone related.

• Check if you are in roaming.

 

If you're not getting the texts after this, please reach out to our team over the phone to get this solved. I recommend you to click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. you will see "Call Us" option at the bottom of the page during working hours. Please give us a call so that our team will help you to access your account.
