Is there no longer any way to do 2-step authentication on PayPal? It looks like the only way now would be to get the app, and I'm not sure how that would work, either. Used to get a text message to cell phone. I feel uneasy about the security of using PayPal, if I would be forced to deal with it using my cell phone, as I dislike doing anything involving money that way.
