Phone number change

I just got a new number and i tried to change the number in my personal data without success, i live in Germany and the code of the number is +49. The account was created in Greece but the number i try to change from is also a German number that i had successfully put in and now that i try to change to another German phone number it doesnt let me, getting the code the number is not right from web browser and i get the message we have trouble completing this request from app!

PayPal's services are specific to each country, which means the system will not permit changes if they are related to altering the country associated with your account. Kindly reach out to our customer support team to know what can be done next. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
