Paypal keeps auto-populating the ship to with my old address. I have updated my address on my account with vendors and with Paypal and PayPal Credit.

Did you clear browser PayPal cookies and cache?
How do you do this? I've search high and low for a solution. The only thing I've found is you have to call them to remove the "gift" addresses as there is no option to manage them? How do you clear Paypal cache or cookies please?
