Our business had a PayPal account which connected to our website for orders. We had fees removed from sales and we had a monthly $30 invoice. We cancelled because a new product we are using is specifically integrated with another payment processor. I can no longer get into our business Paypal account.
We continue to receive $30 monthly bills which are automatically paid via credit card. I haven't had any success trying to connect with the correct people at PayPal to find out why and get these bills to stop.

3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
