Paypal Acct login, 'Ledt's confirm it's you' to a lost phone number

I try to login my PayPal account with my password, but it give me tip msg to "Let's confirm it's you", need send a text/give a call to my phone number. Unfortunately, I cannot receive text as I lost my old phone number, for this case, how can I change to my new phone number?
