PayPal,should,expand to Turkey

Hello Dear Paypal Official, how long have you not been operating in Turkey? It has been about 8 years. We are having problems while shopping from other countries. One of them is that some sites prefer only Paypal payment method and that is why we cannot shop. I personally reached out to the authorized unit in Turkey and asked why Paypal is not available in Turkey. They say that PayPal has not applied for an operating permit in Turkey and they said that an operating permit in Turkey will be granted if PayPal contacts us and requests an operating permit. Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries where paypal is unavailable unfortunately.

Paypal was used in our country before, but the government changed and after the AKP's dictatorial regime came, Paypal was banned in our country, but there is a secular democratic segment in Turkey and 50% of the population supports the European system. Paypal withdrew from our country, but in fact it also fined secular democrats, and we are the ones who are upset. AKP members have no business with Paypal anyway because they are reactionary, but what can we do? Paypal's withdrawal from Turkey upset and harmed the secular libertarian segment the most. I wish there was a solution to this.
