Paypal support tried scamming me and wont even help , i opened many cases about my account and how i cannot whidtraw my money even after the 180 days limit , so they said we are gonna transfer them to another account of yours and i agreed , i sent the letter of authorization and even my id card back and front but they just kept saying proof of adress which i do not have because i dont own the place i live in and dont have any card or bank statments sadly ,and suddenly a support agent tells me shes gonna call me and i said okay then i get a call from a TURKEY phone number and she just kept doing the same proccess but then asked for a security code i got in my sms which will give her login access . Paypal support are useless and my funds are locked in my account forever because of this stupid stuff . Hope they do something about it

That would not be paypal, that would be a scammer trying to hack your paypal account.
Did you phone them by getting the number from a google search where scammers input fake paypal phone numbers?
Is your account permanently limited and if so then what has happened?
