PayPal shipping address is incorrect

I removed a shipping address from my account in August, yet today an order was placed showing that address and my order will be sent there.  I have searched my account info and do not see the address provided to the vendor so I cannot delete it.  How can I get this address off my account as I no longer work there?  I reached out to the vendor asking them to change the shipping address, but they may not because it may look suspicious to them.  I cannot see this address anywhere in my account and do not know why it shows when placing an order. I’ve just had exactly the same. It’s been a year since I moved here, I’ve bought many other things since then which have come here. Why did it suddenly revert? I’ve not changed anything on my account recently.

We are sorry to hear that your shipping address is still showing the old address even you have updated the address in your PayPal account. System will not allow you to remove an address if it's your credit card billing address. If you have updated an address that’s linked to a card on your PayPal account, please update your address with your card issuer as well. Kindly refer the help centre article to know the reason due to which you can face an issue with your address.

If the address you have updated is same with your linked card and everything is as per the help centre article, Kindly reach out to our customer support team to get an understanding of the possible reason of payment reversal and to get a possible solution. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
