PayPal got my legal name COMPLETELY wrong! How can I change it to the correct one?!

Hello,

Earlier today, I submitted a request to change my legal name. I provided my government-issued National ID and waited.

I got an email 1 hour ago saying that my legal name had changed and the new one WAS COMPLETELY wrong! It's like they read it BACKWARDS.

This is completely unacceptable.

I want to change it to the correct name on my National ID.
