I lost access to my main account, I have double protection enabled but I can't access my phone number

I was unable to change the phone number in my account to another, it told me the number was incorrect, but it was correct.

That said, I was able to register a new account with the "wrong" number.

The wrong number has the following format [removed] . Georgia

Help me to restore access to my main account and unlink the old number and link the new one.

Paypall is the worst service I have ever worked with.
It works all over the world, but the chat support works in one time zone 😄
I can't download the app on my phone, it says it's not available in this region, but I can create an account here and work from this region.
I can't get access to my account, although I have my email linked, why can't I get a confirmation code on my email? Or do you think that the phone number is with us for life :D.
On the site there are links when you go to which you open a black page with the code 😄 You have a whole team of programmers and testers! 2024.

And this is only a small part of the problems that I found for 30 minutes of using this service.
