My new PayPal Account is in the wrong Country

I've opened a business PayPal account in Australia using an email address that used to be used in my South African PayPal account. However, I only set up my new Australian PayPal account using this specific email address from my South African PayPal account after I'd deleted it from my SA account.
However, now I see my time zone in my Aus account is still only allowing me to use Johannesburg or LA and even though I set it up in Australia, with Australian bank cards, addresses and phone numbers, it's still saying that my country is in SA.
How do I get it to the right country, please? Do I have to delete the whole thing and then set it all up again?

Did you actually close the S.A one first?
Then when you click to register scroll down and click on Australia in the drop down list.
Yes you would need to close the S.A account again removing anything from it first ie cards or bank accounts and start over 😐
Advice is voluntary.
