Login to Paypal is being redirected to Turkey

When I try to go to Paypal, it is redirecting me to Turkey.  I use Chrome and the settings are already set for no redirects.  I also tried this on two browsers and in incognito mode.  Even when I tried to get to this community at first, the login screen was in Turkish.  I finally was a able to get to this community via USA version through a Google search on some Paypal contact us link.  Is there something going on?  I really don't want to flush out my cookies because there are some I want and it is a pain reestablishing everything.

Just flush out the PayPal related cookies unless you want to keep them.

I always go to this page to straighten out the language issues:

https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/country-worldwide

I just go to US flag or go to Costa Rica and hit “English” link at the bottom and then hit the US flag again.
