Login message - "We're having trouble making sure it's you"

I am having trouble logging in on PayPal. I haven't used paypal for 4 years and when I try to log in I get "We're having trouble making sure it's you" error. I successfully changed password with mobile app, I scanned my ID card and passed face recognition but after that same error appears. How can I overcome this issue?I try PayPal on Twitter without response. Also I try to contact AskPayPal on Twitter but is not possible to sent direct messages.
Is there any way to contact PayPal support without phone call for people that live outside US?

I face the same difficulties, after a long period of absense. I do not know what to do, since no way exists to get in touch with this plattform!

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account and you are not able to contact customer support. Kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and o reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will not require to login to your PayPal account.
