Have you opened a Jamaican registered paypal account?

Only it looks and sounds as if you may have opened another countries registered paypal account instead.

Can you click in settings the nationality that is on your paypal account?

I understand you want to add new address in your PayPal Business account. To add a new address to your PayPal Business account, you can update the street address within the same country or region where your account is registered. However, you cannot change your address to a different country or region. If you are relocating to another country, you will need to close your current account and open a new one in your new country of residence. Kindly refer the help centre article to know the steps to change the address.
