How to access account without password and phone number?

My wife lost her old phone (and number) temporarily in a transit country and also forgot the password. How can she access it without calling PayPal? They will charge her account soon.

Needs to call, she can use the guest option.

However as paypal is country specific its best not to use it if you are in another country or you may hit issues.

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to login to your account. Kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the Contact option at the bottom of PayPal page and do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest". By selecting this option you will not require to login to your PayPal account. Our customer support team will help you log in to your PayPal account.
