Linking my child to my account

My sister wants to send money to my daughter and would like to use PayPal.  I can't set up an account for her because she is under 18 can she be linked to my account?

No. You’ll have to accept the money on your daughter’s behalf in your PayPal account. Then withdraw the funds to your bank account or debit card and deposit/transfer the money to your daughter’s bank account by some other method. Try cashapp. They allow minors.
