Inquiry Regarding Inactive Status Despite Linked Debit Card

I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue regarding my PayPal account. Although I have successfully linked my debit card to my account, I am consistently encountering an error when attempting to add my PayPal account to other platforms or make purchases. Each time, it show that my PayPal account is inactive. Could you please help me understand why my account might be showing as inactive despite the linked debit card? Additionally, I would appreciate any guidance on steps I may need to take to resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

I do understand that you have issue while using your PayPal account. Please reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page to get help with your issue. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
